After staying for another season in the Mediterranean, we are bound to take our SY Shiva finally to Northern Germany and the Baltic Sea in 2017. We will leave the Med through Gibraltar straight and then head north towards the Irish Sea. We’d love to spend some time exploring some Scotish Islands, the Orkneys and the Shetlands before crossing the North Sea. But much of this will depend from sufficient crew to support us during this journey.
Nachdem wir nun halt doch nochmals eine Saison im Mittelmeer verbracht haben, sind wir nun fest entschlossen und bereit, in 2017 unsere SY Shiva nach Nord-Deutschland zu überführen. Nach der Ausfahrt aus dem Mittelmeer in Gibraltar wollen wir nach Norden in die Irische See. Uns lockt es, die Schottischen Inseln, Orkneys und Shetlands zu erkunden. Allerdings hängt das Gelingen dieser Überführung erneut wesentlich davon ab, dass wir ausreichend Crew finden, die uns unterstützt.
Unser nächstes Winterlager soll in der Gegend von Kiel liegen, sodass wir uns die Option eröffnen, in 2018 weiter nach Norden zu segeln.
